As a UX and UI Designer at BNPP Cardif, I had to conduct user interviews in order to find the weak points that prevented the bounce rate from one page to another, for example when registering on the site. This led me to rewrite the flow of the pages, so that the user has, for example, less to read and more information about the documents he has to submit.

My work also consisted in creating "low-fi" models, becoming more and more precise and therefore easy to realize by my developers. For this, I accompany them in their choice of Customer Experience path while taking into account the technical capabilities of our B2B partners in terms of feasibility and security of data management.
In addition, I ensured the internal and external communication of the company in order to allow a unity of the products in their globality.

In order to communicate the launch of the platform, I made an advertisement that was published on the back of the monthly account statements distributed to Cardif clients. A QR Code allows quick access (image below left).
The launch was communicated on the front page of the cardif website, with visuals (banners, icons...) that I created to explain how their new platform was innovative compared to the old one (last two images).
